These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Readistry ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Readistry is a book reading tracker app that helps you monitor your reading progress, set goals, and build reading habits. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any purpose other than personal reading tracking
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app to collect or store data about other individuals

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

3. Free and Premium Plans

Readistry offers a free tier and a premium subscription:

• Free: Track up to 3 active books, basic page tracking, reading streaks, and 7 days of history
• Premium ($1.99/month): Unlimited books, time + page tracking, all stats + insights, unlimited history, annual reading report, and CSV export

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

4. Content Disclaimer

Readistry is a personal reading tracker and does not provide book recommendations, reviews, or literary content. All book information (titles, authors, page counts) is entered by users. We do not verify the accuracy of user-entered data.

5. Intellectual Property

Readistry and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission. Your reading data and personal records remain yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that reading data will be completely accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and reading data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
